Once the healing is complete, our doctor and lab technician will create the final teeth using zirconia, a stronger and more natural-looking material than acrylic denture teeth. Zirconia is also more hygienic and stain-resistant, resulting in longer-lasting and aesthetically superior teeth compared to acrylic/titanium hybrid bridges commonly used elsewhere.

Most patients, even those with insufficient bone for dental implants, can still have the procedure done. Your doctor may use a combination of straight and angled implants to avoid the sinuses and use the strongest bone possible. All-On-4 Procedure Timeline
The procedure typically lasts 4-6 hours, depending on whether you are getting one arch (upper or lower) or both arches treated. After the procedure, temporary bridges will be securely attached to your new implants. These temporary bridges will need to be worn for 4 months to allow for proper healing and integration of the implants with your bone. This healing period ensures the best possible fit for your final bridges. Once the healing is complete, we will begin the process of fabricating your final bridges. This will involve a few appointments over a 5-6 week period, during which you will have the opportunity to help design the smile you desire for your permanent teeth.

During the appointment scheduled for 3 weeks after the procedure, the sutures will be taken out and the healing progress will be assessed. It is common for the patient to receive clearance to begin using a water flosser or WaterPik at this point.
